On my last pregnancy update my biggest concern was placenta previa – and I am delighted to say that the placenta has moved up and out of the way – yipeee!
It’s so great having the reassurance of regular scanning at the MD Clinic; on the public system there is no opportunity to see baby between weeks 20 and 32. And when something is on your mind, that is a very long wait. I will actually be going back to the Gynecologist at the MD Clinic again before my 32 week at the CUMH. The scans keep getting more and more detailed the bigger baby gets so I really cannot wait!

How am I feeling?
Achey.
I am starting to feel the weight creeping up on me and my pelvic girdle pain is getting worse. Par for the course really.
I am getting lots and lots of movement and kicks which is my favourite part of being pregnant. Some are actually a bit sore! Given that baby’s mama is a karate black belt, it might be in the genes π
I have torn a muscle in my shoulder but nothing that wont heal with some *ahem “rest”. My physio says its from lifting my 4 year old, but that’s one of the many joys of being an autism mum.
The weeks ahead….
I have some big events coming up – two weddings to look forward to, so will need to find some outfits! I feel like it is going to be August before I know it and time to pack my maternity bag….
I’m still pretty cool about it all. For now I am going to book into a breastfeeding class and maybe start making a lit of things we need. With two kids to look after I just dont have the time to do too much planning.
Final word – HUGE
I feel HUGE!! And cannot imagine how big I will be in a few weeks. I was so much tidier on my first two. I really couldn’t care less once Baby J is ok. And I am certainly enjoying every slice of cake that comes my way π
